Curriculum

Classes are available at four levels of instruction. At each level, students
read about and are introduced to the countries where many of their ancestors came from.
They will learn German culture and heritage while they are learning new language skills.
Our curriculum will prepare the student for the
American Association for Teachers of German test (AATG) for possible high school credit
and/or placement. We also prepare for AP testing for college credit.
Our school year runs from September to June, which
coincides with the public school calendar. Age appropriate textbooks that meet current
standards of foreign language teaching are imported from Germany.
Faculty
To ensure that our children receive the highest
quality of instruction, our teachers are selected for both their knowledge of German and
their teaching ability. Most of our teachers are natives of German speaking countries.

Report Cards
Progress reports are issued at the end of each
semester.
